A small rounded bauble sitting on top of a white surface. The bauble is an off–white colour with a metallic–red bottom. Wheel–thrown, hollow stoneware bauble.

These baubles are decorated with my metallic red Estuary Slip, made using clay I collected from the Blackwater River Estuary near my family home in Essex.

Thrown on the wheel using a technique called ‘throwing off the hump’, each bauble is unique and like a tiny little vase. Finished with a maroon ribbon to hang from the Christmas Tree.
